What about creating a
thankful jar or gratitude journal? Starting January 1st
write down good things that happen to you, things that
you are thankful for.
- Surprise gifts
- Accomplished goals
- The beauty of nature
- Laugh out Loud (LOL) moments
- Memories worth saving
- Daily blessings. Then on December 31, 2020 open the jar, or go back to page 1 of your
journal and read about all the AMAZING things that happened to you
throughout the year. Remember, even on our toughest days, there is
ALWAYS something we can be grateful for. |
