Pentecost celebrates the descent of the Holy Ghost upon the disciples of Jesus Christ.  It is celebrated 50 days after Easter, 10 days after the ascension.  As we celebrate that day at Bowmansville, we ask that members wear red and bring a red flower that can be taken home or can be planted outside at the church.
